Polite, easy to contact, good communication, good availability of appointments, nice work, good suggestions, leaves area clean. My dog liked them too.

Edward and Edward (his son), and two other gentlemen did a great job with refinishing my two front door sets (four doors total, upstairs and downstairs). This was my second time using their service as they refinished the door on my previous home. They are prompt in answering the phone and texts. Keep in mind that if you have an older door, you may need additional parts that might not be readily available nearby, to no fault of Edward & Houston Front Door Refinishing. I highly recommend them and will use them again.
Poor communication. Never contacted back after suggesting coming to fix door on a Sunday. When I messaged he just said he had no one to do it.. ok so let me know then? Do not recommend
First off, all the personnel that I dealt with over text, in-person, or phone were very nice/professional given the majority of the conversations were discussing problems; they never became rude or aggressive. For that reason, I gave them two stars. That aside, here is my review. The guys were very responsive and came out within a few days. They were rushed to hang the door back up given the weather was turning bad.
