Very bad and unprofessional. They showed up late, took longer than anticipated, a lot of my furniture had scratches and dents.

Absolutely THE worst movers you could ever have. If you want a nightmare or for some sadistic reason feel a need for pain and suffering, use them. Like the review below, the customer service lady (referred to as "secretary" below, was very nice. (Of course, she's selling a job.) Ricky, the owner is another matter. Our job was supposed to be 5 hrs, four for the work and 1 hour of travel from the one home to the other. This moving company started out great. Their secretary was incredibly nice and considerate. She set everything up and was extremely professional, she even let us pay by debit card. However, the day of the move the movers arrived three and a half hours late. When I called the owner to ask why they were so late he began to scream at me using choice words because he thought I was being "ungrateful". This move happened quite suddenly and I hurriedly hired Houston first movers only because of their rational quote. But they turned out to be quite awesome. Their movers were all very well trained and knew exactly how to maneuver through my tiny apartment without causing any damage. They were fast too which saved me a lot of money. They delivered on time and my stuffs traveled really well. I was very impressed seeing them at work. I will definitely hire them again.

I have seen many bad movers and the damage they can cause. But then I found Houston first movers. These guys reinstated my faith in moving companies. They were very professional and brutally efficient. I almost felt bad for how hard the men worked during my move. They knew their job very well and I had to do nothing. The delivery was made on time and nothing was broken or damaged. I don’t remember any other moving company ever being this efficient. I will surely hire them again.

I’m a single mother and so I really couldn’t afford to move on my own. I hired Houston first movers to handle the move. They were absolutely fantastic. Considering my situation, the movers helped in every way they could. They wasted no time and that really proved to be cost effective. They packed all my breakables cautiously and made sure everything is secure inside the van. The delivered everything the next day. I checked and found everything intact. I used Houston first movers to move my 2-bedroom apartment within Houston, TX. 3 guys, a truck, and the whole thing only took about 3 hours! No hidden fees, and I even forgot to mention the great deal I got ahead of time from their rep Sara, and they refunded my credit card for the difference the next day.

These review most be fake. I cannot imagine a worse moving experience. The movers were severely late picking up and delivery my stuff. Not everything was delivered and several things were damaged. The Owner, Ricky, is doing nothing to find the missing stuff and seams unconcerned. Ricky is consistently dishonest and has yet to follow through on a single commitment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
