Treat the kids very bad and rude specially the front disck whit old lady
Wait long times and over scheduled patients. Ridiculous. Waited 30 min past appt time only to do different test and wait in and out of waiting room between then to see doctor all of 5 min. Horrible. Staff is courteous despite everything.
This place is the best place to get any kind of glasses in any style you want, best experience ever.
Had my followup appointment on yesterday JUne 6 for 10am and I arrived at 9:39. The waiting room was packed and it made me uneasy because I have to go home and get ready for work afterneards. It took over 2 hours waiting to see Dr. Dirh and nothing Iwas mentioned about a long wait from the staff and the place was very chilly. I was so upset waiting and I voiced my feedback to the staff and Dr. Dish and Noone seemed to be bothered or apologize.
