Had my followup appointment on yesterday JUne 6 for 10am and I arrived at 9:39. The waiting room was packed and it made me uneasy because I have to go home and get ready for work afterneards. It took over 2 hours waiting to see Dr. Dirh and nothing Iwas mentioned about a long wait from the staff and the place was very chilly. I was so upset waiting and I voiced my feedback to the staff and Dr. Dish and Noone seemed to be bothered or apologize. Have taken my parents for several appointments. Wait times are horrendous (and you have to be there 15-30 min early to check in). Front desk staff are not friendly or helpful (though not really their fault). Clearly overbooked and understaffed. Poorly run practice. The majority of people in the waiting room are mad/frustrated/unhappy.
