Tuve una excelente experiencia en Houston Eye Associates con el Dr. James Lai. La atención fue muy profesional y le realizaron a mi hija un examen completo de la vista, revisando todo con mucho detalle a pesar de que fui por algo muy específico. Fui con mi seguro médico y solo tuve que pagar mi copago, lo cual hizo todo el proceso muy sencillo. También conté con asistencia de traducción, así que pude entender perfectamente cada explicación. Muy agradecida por la atención y el cuidado durante la consulta. 👁️✨

Everyone was very courteous and gave me instructions to the point regarding the eye surgery and took proper care of the entire preparation and comfort of patient's needs . I felt very comfortable . Of course the ophthalmologist is excellent as it is .
I was there 15 min early but had to wait almost an hour for my appointment. Time management is sad.
