Dr. Mathew is great, very knowledgeable and friendly. The whole office staff were very friendly and helpful.
The doctor's at Houston Eye Associates have always been really good but the billing department is terrible. I received a bill after an appointment for my daughter which I paid. I then kept receiving phone calls from a recording stating they were Houston Eye Associates but the hold time was always at least 10 minutes to talk to a person. I NEVER received another bill. I spoke to someone in Oct/Nov and was told there was no balance and the bill was incorrect. Today I received another call so I waited to talk to someone again. ... read more
