Have taken my parents for several appointments. Wait times are horrendous (and you have to be there 15-30 min early to check in). Front desk staff are not friendly or helpful (though not really their fault). Clearly overbooked and understaffed. Poorly run practice. The majority of people in the waiting room are mad/frustrated/unhappy.
Wait time to long
The Sugar Land office is busy and takes more time than the Rosenberg office, but everyone working here is efficient, and Dr. Dhir is a good doctor, and he’s very nice.
