I am beyond pleased with my new kitchen! Matt read my mind as to what I wanted …and suggested things I hadn’t thought of. From the design phase to the finish, the entire crew at HCC was a pleasure to work with. Cindy kept me apprised of when workers would be onsite and the job was completed in a timely manner. Looking forward to working with Matt again on my next remodel project.
I had the best experience working with Edmund and the rest of the team at Houston Custom Carpets Flooring and Remodeling. Edmund was on site to make sure flooring was laid right and that we were pleased with everything. Every contractor was easy to work with and accommodating in every request. I highly recommend this company for any flooring and remodeling needs you may have.
Terrible experience. Floors installed in 2023, done so badly they had to replace almost the entire thing. It was a headache and nightmare. Less than a year later, the problems are back and now Matt says there’s nothing they can do. Poor workmanship, poor service. Don’t waste your money here.

I am beyond happy with my bathroom remodel. It was wonderful to work with Matt and the HCC team. From the very beginning, Matt listened to what I wanted and offered suggestions and ideas that worked wonderfully in the space. A shower wand added to the bathtub area? Mind blown! 🤯 Matt made it very clear that he wanted us to be happy once the work was finished, he communicated well along the way and made sure that happened. I will definitely keep HCC in mind when we're ready for our next project!
