I'm shocked by the reviews below. We own a home remodeling company and some of our workers accidentally broke the valance clips. We had been searching for days, EVERYWHERE, for these simple clips so we could hang the blinds back up after painting. We could not get paid or close out the job until this was complete. I stumbled upon Ivan's number and called him. He offered to meet us at the job site and give us 6 of these clips, for FREE. He literally SAVED us!!! He was so nice and giving. Bad experience... So far it's my worst experience to deal with any business in my life and it's my first time to write a review. I don't recommend to do business with Houston Blind Co. Ivan never finished my job he refused to answer my calls and emails. The business and owner do not even worth one star if I could I would give him zero star. Stay away from this guy. He's a total scam. NEVER AGAIN...

SCAM.
HORRIBLE... I still have not received my blind for 2 months, Ivan has refused to answer any of my message I leave, to find out how long it will take to only re-sting my blind, he was also very rude to me when I did catch him on the phone and would not give me any update as to when I can expect the blind to be completed. I am now held hostage to get my blind back..NEVER AGAIN
