I have to say how impressed I am with this company. After calling almost all the companies in Katy about our Samsung washer no one seemed to work on it or the brand. Despite the fact that they are not an "authorized samsung dealer," ( what does that mean anyway, after all I just want my washer fixed), the technician came out and fixed it in 30 minutes! These guys are great, were very polite and couteous and even explained to me how the washer needs to be maintained. All I can say is , WOW! Thanks Reliable Appliance Repair!
