I really wanted to work with this company based on their portfolio, but the customer service is non-existent. After multiple attempts to contact them through their site, email, IG, and phone, I’ve given up (first contact was March 9th). A simple "we're booked" would have sufficed, but being ghosted across email, text, and social media is a huge red flag.

Rachel and the entire team at Houston Affordable Designs were fantastic to work with. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Houston Affordable Designs completely transformed my apartment! They designed my living room, dining room, primary bedroom, and entryway — and the results are absolutely stunning. Working with them felt like having design fairies come in and make my space beautiful. Every room now feels warm, stylish, and truly like home. Houston Affordable Designs was a great company to work with. With efforts spearheaded by Rachel, the process was seamless and smooth. Communication was great throughout the project and disruption to our living situation was minimal. The end result was better than my expectations, and could not be happier with the value we received for the price we paid. I could not recommend this company enough if you are looking for Class-A results without the heft price tag.
