I have been with this program for 5 years and I have had 4 different caseworker the prices that they give us to find 2 and 3 bedrooms in DC are really poor with this program for you to live and have to stay in DC I have 4 kids and I have had court cases open against my property with no help of the program and then when it is time to move they drag their feet they are rude when you Speak on how you feel I really wish they had better management because they are supposed to help us but instead they are making my life more stres... read more

The most challenging case management experience I have encountered has been with a program I have been a part of since 2019. Housing up program supports me to be medically euthanized , they printed the forms with no questions asked knowing I am going through downtimes… this made me cry
The experience I have had with housing up is very disrespectful it's very stressful it's depressing you get no help you get mistreated wrong you get put to the side you really can't talk to no one that has the higher authority and also they don't have the time to help I supposed to been relocated for the past two and a half years and I have lost four to five spots because of housing up this is so sad that we have to deal with things like this especially when I have to do without housing because this what keeps us at a great ... read more
