Managers say that there Apartments will open soon at Flagler Station and they never do. What’s the hold up?
This is a copy of a review posted for Arbor View. I applied at Arbor View for an apartment. They told me they had apartment #503 available. I gave them my $75.00 application fee, and was approved. Then they tell me apt #503 was rented and they offered me apt #105 on the 1st floor. I cannot live on the first floor for security reasons so I told them I would wait for the next apartment on another floor.
