I live on a street which Housing Solutions owns and manages a 10 unit apartment building. They have 14 trash bins which they keep out on the street along with the trash spilling out and around them. The wind takes the garbage all over our street. Many of us living on the street have complained to them for years but they refuse to do anything about it. The place looks like it's run by slumlords with taped up windows and unkept landscaping. I don't know how anyone could hire them for any real estate services.
