The city apartments have people with anti social behaviours and drug related activities. Tenants who cannot afford to move elsewhere are forced to put up with unsavoury living conditions. Disgusting organisation DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM wouldn't recommend my dog to this place they think they have legal rights to remove someone who's been in a house for over 22 years they send out threatening letters stating they do NOT NEED PERMISSION to enter the property!
