Chris and Housesmith managed our whole house renovation and expansion project which required a full scope of subcontractor specializations and involved many custom finishes (including Faux Bois on casings) and details in the course of 6 months. Chris was very attentive to owner input and delivered the quality he promised. We had him return a few years later to remove all the stucco exterior and replace with cedar shingles and stone veneer over the entire house. Love it!
