Jason was very thorough in explaining his findings to me over the phone. The next day the full report arrived by email with many pictures and total explanations of everything. Buying a home, even one you have seen, can be scary. Most of us don’t have the trained eyes of HouseMaster’s professionals, and it is comforting to have their expertise to rely on.
Mike was great! He took his time and took us through the whole house, giving detailed responses when we asked lots of questions. We felt included and really recommended House Masters especially for first time home buyers. They make this step super easy and flexible.
Most professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable staff from the lady answering the phones to the inspection team. Not only a thorough inspection, but followed up with recommendations on how to fix small issues. On top of that, they love what they do! You can hear it in their voices.

They were very efficient and went through everything we needed to address in our new house. Having photos and a digital list is really helpful when we finally get into our new home to remember everything we were told during the house inspection.
