My partner and I recently engaged Housemark to source us a rental property in Brisbane and they have been AMAZING! I didn't want to write this review but after my experience with their poor management as a tenant mixed up in a "intention to sell", housemark had failed to do their job on multiple aspects. Housemark had taken over in management in December 2024 and it had taken until the 28th of February 2025 to switch the bond over. almost 3 months after they had taken on the role of management.
