I would not recommend using this Agent to manage a chook raffle let alone your investment. I was a renter moved out 2 weeks ago and still have not seen bond refund. I paid the 100 for rubbish removal and still no action. The communication is shocking. They never respond to emails. The property I rented had major issues that should have been picked up by a prospective property manager but weren't. The owner admitted to me the back stairs were msnky in his words. Very bad experience with this agency. We were looking for housing and were told over the phone that our application had been sent to the owner. Despite this, new property inspections continued to be scheduled, which seemed very unprofessional. After every phone call, we were promised an update the following day, but this never happened. Each time, we were given different information over the phone. Communication was chaotic and unreliable. I definitely do not recommend this agency.…
