This is an extremely well run practice in all areas! Dr. Housel and his entire staff are dedicated to the well being of their patients at every stage of treatment. I could not be more satisfied with their care.
This office is amazing from start to finish. From communication, to scheduling, to ease of appointments, they have a system that works. I’ve been receiving secret rf for acne scarring, and have no complaints! I have tried treatments for years to work away at scarring, and wish i started here sooner.
It hurt, I swore a little, no one seemed to mind, I love the provider I see whose name I cannot remember at this moment, and after years of putting off this procedure it only cost $150 out of pocket (not a procedure insurance covers) and I was back in my car 34 minutes later with just a little stinging ;)
Discovering an unusual spot (smaller than a quarter inch) on my thigh led to a biopsy confirming a small basal cell carcinoma. I chose Mohs surgery after learning it was designed to remove the skin cancer while preserving as much healthy tissue as possible. I was told to plan for up to 4 hours as the surgery could take up 4 passes. Can’t think of enough for saving my dad’s life. If it hadn’t been for him, my dad would have died from the skin cancers he had my dad went through several skin graphs and several serious cancer on his face. this office saved his nose as well as his ear and actually his life the results from all of these procedures was flawless. His recovery looks like a brand, new nose and ears. His staff was always very kind to my dad and my mother.
My husband and I saw Jen NP today and she was very thorough in her exam. She had to freeze an area on my husbands check and he was pleased with the outcome. This office is professional and up to date
I've been a patient of Dr. Housel's for many years. He is by far the best Dermatologist I have ever seen. He truly cares about his patients, is thorough and his knowledge in Mohs surgery is unsurpassed. Don't trust anyone else, he is the BEST!!
I moved here 3 years ago and was fortunate to find Housel Dermatology. I have only dealt with Dr. Housel for 3 mohs surgeries. The rest of the time I have had the good fortune to be in the care of his staff. Everyone from the office staff to physicians assistants have been friendly, helpful and warm as well as professional. From top to bottom this is a great practice.
