Poor customer service. The Customer Service Manager is slow to respond to issues in a timely manner. I have had an issue for several months that is still unresolved.

I hope that you would reconsider your review at a later time since we have made concessions to fix your order, we even had the installer hang living room drapery panels that you purchased from another company free of charge.

I have used House of Window Coverings for my last two homes. Their staff is extremely knowledgable and professional. They offered some design suggestions that I would have never thought of. If you are in the market window coverings than your search should end with House of Window Coverings!
From the beginning, I had the owner Christopher come out to the house and introduced me to various options. Being a recent transfer from the east coast, I found the information he offered for window coverings here in Las Vegas weather was helpful and attractive. Their personnel were professional and mannerly with measurements and updates on my order. I was immensely pleased with the results and have had many compliments on my window coverings!
