We had a great experience with House of Window Coverings. I absolutely loved our designer, Sonya. She assisted us in picking out blinds that matched our current house decor and color scheme. She was thorough and patient. I never felt rushed or pressured. She answered all questions and concerns that we had. We are very happy with the finished product. The blinds are a great addition to our home and we love that we can operate them from a remote and our phones.
We absolutely recommend House of Window Coverings for anyone who is looking for shutters! Christopher came out to the house and talked us through different options and together we choose what was the best fit for our home. Every team member we interacted with from measuring, ordering and installation was extremely helpful, professional and on top of their game. Installation was a breeze and our shutters are beautiful. We are thrilled.
Terrible customer service, we bought window shades from them that keep malfunctioning, clearly poor quality but even though we are under warranty they keep coming up with excuses to avoid taking responsibility & all they do is blame the Hunter Douglass manufacturers. We have paid twice to get the same shades from them fixed, all the while other window treatment we bought from other vendor are still intact. Would highly not recommend this unprofessional business.
We were in the shop an hour ago, we have been served very badly, They jut let us down,not good service We bought everything in another store for our house
