This elegant and eccentric restaurant is a true treasure. Owners Robert and Robin Trick turn out real treats from this kitchen. Situated in a 1920s cottage with a picturesque patio, the fare is American with a Southwestern, and sometimes Asian twist. Mismatched place settings and cozy country decor give this restaurant eclectic charm. Fresh fish is delivered daily and makes up a big part of the menu. The Smoked Salmon Cakes are a big seller. Lunches feature creative soups, salads and sandwiches.

Ahi tuna was fresh and tasty. Good salad dressing. Neat ambiance.
Had the Bison Surloin prepared medium rare. It was extremely tough. Two other members of my party had the same meal and none of us ate it. Poor experience. Gave two stars because the service was excellent. Just wish the quality of the food matched the service
Daddy/daughter date night was awesome! Service was great, food was amazing! Looking forward to my next dinner there next time I'm in town.
Business response:
Thanks for choosing HOT for your special night out! Can't wait to have you and your daughter in again.
Business response:
Thanks for the 5 stars, Carolyn!
I went on the recommendation of a colleague and was delighted with the food, service and outdoor atmosphere. We ordered lamb shank, mahi mahi and bison. They all arrived beautifully plated and cooked to perfection. This is fine dining in a casual setting. Tip: You must have a reservation, as it is popular.
Business response:
So glad you found us, Kate! Happy to hear you enjoyed your visit and we look forward to having you back again soon.
This is the 3rd time my fiancée and I have been here and the food is always amazing as well as the atmosphere. The 6oz tenderloin was cooked perfectly for medium and my fiancée's Cornish Hen was juicy. The brownie desert was especially fantastic. Her pecan pie creme brûlée was great. Will continue to keep coming here. Definitely want to try out the winter menu.
Very romantic and really good food! Excellent atmosphere.
Business response:
Thanks, Moni!
