Was quoted 2 - 4 weeks, cancelled order at 7 weeks when it was clear my order had not even been scheduled yet. No reason given by owner for the delay. Was pleased that I was able to quickly secure a refund on my $1K deposit.
Great selection of options, nice people, prices aren't unreasonable. Just expect to wait for orders because you cant have stock with a giant selection in a small store..

First of late review, we had house of tiles come out and retile our walk in shower. After repeated mistakes, broken tiles being placed instead of replacing with no broken tile, uneven placements. My wife had to go in and show every issue, numerous very visible issues. Then getting to grouting, we had to have them come back out to regrout three times due to missed areas.
