Amazing, authentic food. The tastes far different then anything ever tasted. The Calimari great.....along with Sesame chicken and Fried Rice. Go eat here.......you won't regret.....

The Scallop Tower was possibly the most fabulously delicious dish I have ever eaten! Period! The different sauces on the dumplings and Sesame Chicken were amazing. We learned of Nanking while watching W. Kamau Bell's "United Shades of America", Chinatown episode. We will be back for more!

Was recommended to come here while we were on vacation in San Francisco, highly recommend if you are wanting Asian food, a must is the sesame chicken and Calamari dish with the house fried rice, the blossoming tea was also very good. Service was ok not the greasy but I still recommend this place to anyone coming to San Francisco.
This was the best Chinese food we have ever had!! Loved everthing they brought to the table ! The service was fantastic. Was a perfect sanfranciso experience! Thank you!

Very very busy, unfriendly place, and the food was not worth it. They tried to rush you in and out in 20 minutes.I don't get it why people are still waiting in long lines to get in ????

Ownership changed 4 months ago. Herd you through like cattle, no ambiance, very unfriendly staff, and food was horrible. Worst dining experience we had in 8 days we were there. All of the other places I reviewed had no lower than a 4, and most had 5's.

Have not been for a long time. Same standard of food. Tourists waiting in line. Same toss your dish to you like a dog getting a bowl of food.
