When in this store, you definitely do not feel like you are in Bakersfield! There is absolutely nothing like it in town ! This place has it all! Regardless of what kind of style you like ... you will find so many different things that you love!
A bad experience all around. Communication is terrible, my wishes weren't listened to, items cost twice as much as I could easily obtain them for elsewhere, items I did order never arrived at all or what did arrive was not what I ordered. Staff entirely willing to lie in order to not own up to mistakes. They refuse to return my money for items that they could not deliver on account of them being discontinued. I'm suing them to get it back. Really just about as much of a nightmare as dealing with a business could ever be.
I love this store and love the staff! Definitely a one of a kind and nothing in Bakersfield even remotely compares!
