London is very friendly, and the salon was clean and welcoming. Unfortunately, the bundles I received were extremely thin, and the braiding underneath made my sew-in look bulky rather than smooth. Even one of London’s assistants noticed the issue and asked another stylist if London did the braiding because of how bulky it was. Overall, I was disappointed and won’t be returning, especially after spending over $700 on what turned out to be mediocre bundles and a sew-in.
I went there for a silk press and got pressured into purchasing an overpriced wig because I have 4c hair. My appointment was at 11Am and I ended up leaving at like 5pm because she was servicing other people during my appointment despite having other staff. She was also late because she was having lunch and forgot about the appointment? What was supposed to cost less than 200 ended up being close 600. Good afternoon yall, this hairstylist is not one that I would recommend!!!! If I could have put a negative zero I would have ! But I couldn’t…. her bobs were absolutely awful - the technique is awful !!!! she also had someone who couldn’t braid my hair; braiding my hair while she was continuing to coaching them on how to do it while in my hair as a first time client !
