I previously had interactions with them with other family members who have passed and the experiences were good but recently when I arranged to use their services. They gave wrong info, were rude, held documents and got the engravings on the urn wrong. Since I was the only family member who recommended the funeral home I see now why I should have listened and gone elsewhere. I will never use their services again.

We couldn't have been more happy for the situation at hand with the service we received at House of Law. Chandra accommodated us from the beginning with the availability of our schedule and all our needs to any questions that we had. She explained everything in detail, never once rushing us to hurry and be done. If I had to call for anything she made herself available or followed through with calling back.
