We go there routinely. Seemed liked serving portions not as big as usual. Chef was good. Feel he tended to opposite side of table. Oh well. Our service over the years has always been good. This was only ok
Worst dining experience of my life! Waited 1.5 hours and chef still did not show to table. Went to front desk to leave and complain. They said, "Sorry for that. What drinks do you need to pay for?" REALLY!? How about comping 2 Pepsi's and one beer for the inconvenience? AS we were leaving, we noticed another table of people leaving angrily from another room. I will NEVER go back and will tell everyone I know to NEVER got there. House of Kobe doe NOT operate with a Japanese culture....terrible, awful....
Worst service we have ever had there. It took over 30 minutes for the chef to come out. We saw our waitress 3 times 2 of which she had an attitude. No drink refills. They made our food and as the chef left a man came with to go boxes. They forgot part of our order so the brought it out in a to go container. First bite of the meal we were asked what kind of ice cream we wanted. When I made a comment that we just received our food the waitress got am attitude, mumbled something and walked away.
