I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The food tasted very Americanized and lacked the authentic Indian flavors I was expecting. The dishes had little to no spice or depth, making them quite bland. The desserts were especially underwhelming. The gulab jamun was hard, and the syrup had an unpleasant smell, almost as if it had gone bad. Incredible food. Incredible service! Any time I do carry out they offer me tea or water if I have to wait. If you have a big order they help carry it out to your car. Some of the kindest staff I’ve ever met and the food is amazing! Best of Franklin and Nashville!!
If you are attuned to taste from South India, you will not like it. Very average, salty and oily! Other cultures might like it.
They really treat you like family at this restaurant. The food is amazing, and the pricing is very accommodating for the quality you receive.
Amazing food and excellent service! The flavors were authentic, portions generous, and the staff made us feel so welcome. Definitely the best Indian food we’ve had in Tennessee!
