As a bride going to try dresses on for the first time DON’T COME HERE! Terrible service. We walked it at noon and NO ONE. Greeted us for 20 min… how unprofessional! Finally after 20 minutes, a lady came out and said my consultant is running late with a bride and will be with you shortly. I was understanding so started looking at dresses. I would give ZERO stars if I could. We walked in for our appointment and were greeted by no one. Walked around and waited about 15 mins before I went and rang the bell at the counter. A woman came out and said our consultant would be with us soon. Our appointment was at NOON and the consultant didn’t come to talk with us until 12:40. Lucy left us to find what we liked didn’t seem interested in helping us, said she would be back. Waited again til 1pm and she still didn’t come back to help us.
