I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this bridal shop, and unfortunately, it is something I still think about when I look back at my wedding. The shop ordered the wrong bedazzled belt for my wedding dress, even though I had pictures clearly showing the exact belt I wanted. I didn’t get to have an appointment. I made 2 appointments for late November same day. One for me, bride, and then lunch break to go back for bridesmaids. I got an email a couple days later that one of my appointments was cancelled. Assuming it would have been the bridesmaids one, not entirely sure or why. I did email asking why it was cancelled, never received an email back. My mother in law in coming from Florida to do this with us hence why I made 2 appointments. If I could give zero or even negative stars I would. Do not buy here! My bridesmaids and my self bought her (we ordered 1year in advance) and they kept telling me the dresses would be there in time for my wedding. One month before my wedding the dresses were still not in. Three weeks before my wedding I was told the dresses would not be there in time for my wedding. So I had to get a wedding dress and bridesmaids dress three weeks before my wedding. Please do not buy here for that reason.
My husband and I made an appointment at 1PM and no one was available to come help. We were told we would be helped in a few minutes but no one was able to service us until after 1:30 and we eventually left because they still made us wait and ignored us. I HIGHLY recommend going to Lily Bridal instead! They are amazing.
