I purchased all of my appliances from House of Appliances and have been very dissatisfied with my experience. We built a new house and upon initial move in experienced several issues. First the ice maker was not making ice called our service rep and they gave us a number to call a sub zero technician. Had to schedule an appointment turns out the installers from House of Appliances had not hooked up the appliance correctly leaving out a part to install which is why it did not work. Terrible Service – Experienced sales associates that are very confused in every aspect of ordering to processing to delivery. Waited 3 days for delivery of one missing appliance out of 5. Waiting time for delivery is 4-6 hour window, if they show which they didn't 2x. Frustrating! appliances came damaged and needed another day off from work for repair people.
