Dishonest and unethical. Mary Lou and her husband Joey approached my family about buying my deceased father's home in Pinehurst. The property was in need of a complete renovation and their negotiating tactic was the amount of money they would have to spend to fix and re-sell the home. We lived out of state and were overwhelmed dealing with the details of our father's passing.
