Gravely disappointed when I found out how my mother business was handled at this business. She was in for an oil change and was told she would need to get a new vehicle soon. Well in less than 24 hours she was a new owner of a vehicle she didn’t understand she had signed into and they wouldn’t reverse it. She believed she had time to “decide” if she wanted it and just “try” it out for a few days. She is older and told she had basically signed electronically and there was no going back. I brought my vehicle in last Friday, for an oil change, and they spotted a nail in my tire. They not only fixed where the nail was, but also rotated my tires too.
Our experience with House Chevrolet was wonderful. We stopped just to look at a vehicle and ended up purchasing..... due to our lack of getting financing set up for a down payment...Brian, Bev and the whole crew came up with creative ideas to solve the situation. I'm a new customer at House Chevrolet in Stewartville, Mn. I recently purchased a 2009 Silverado and since day one has been burning excessive oil. One quart every 1,000 miles and there service department determined it needs new pistons and rings. They gave me an estimate to repair the truck and offered to cover a 1/4 of the cost. Extremely disappointed and will definitely be doing business elsewhere.
