Great spot! Perfect location! Affordable!
For the price, this is the best and most conveniently located apartment complex in Austin. Close to downtown, restaurants a block away, nice area, new wood flooring. New management is extremely helpful and the maintenence crew is the best I've ever seen. Maintenence requests are tended to the very same day if not the next and well done too. Cons: the building is old, cracking and slanted. Cracks appear in the walls but they are fixed as soon as you put in a maintenance request. We haven't had hot water here for 2 months and the property mangers have done nothing as far as compensation goes. Do not rent from any Roscoe/Volume properties, they have horrible customer service.
