RecommendedWe were there Christmas Eve before the Bonfires. Our guide Danielle did a fantastic job. We may just make this a Christmas Eve tradition.
Excellent dinner at The Carriage House!!
The tour & Christmas decorations were absolutely charming.....magical!!!! I enjoyed the “gift” with my daughter for lunch & Christmas plantation tour! It truly set the mood/spirit of Christmas in me. I am the caretaker for my husband & don’t get out & about very much. Yesterday warmed my ♥️heart

We had a graduation dinner in the Carriage House Restaurant. The grounds and dining room were spectacular and the cuisine was incredible. It capped of a great day of celebrating!
The house and the gardens are beautiful especially at this time of the year. The staffs are always very pleasant and helpful. The food at Café Burnside was excellent. A beautiful family destination.
Our group, Lifetime Quest, from Meridian Community College, had a grand time visiting Houmas House! The guides were so informative, the house and gardens were beautiful! Thank you for providing such a unique place to tour and enjoy!
