Just recently moved in. Awesome front office staff, very helpful during the moving in process.
When we walked in to get prices and look around, Felicia and Bryan were very nice. Felicia went above and beyond to help us move in. I recommend this place to anyone. Apartments are very nice and private. The only thing is that the pool is over crowded. I just wish they had a 2 pools there for how big the complex is. Other than that I love it!
I absolutely love living here! I've bee here for 2 years and the staff is wonderful. They helped me when I needed it most and yes they get busy and yes there are rules but if you follow them and stay in contact when there is a problem it is resolved! Just wish people would obey the rule of pool area and stop inviting all your friends and family out there everyday it's sad when you see them drive they hate park get in pool and leave the same way. Other than that love my home and the women in office are the best!
The manager Nicole was very rude!! Spoke to Corporate office to resolve issues of unwarranted fees. The refrigerator leaked for 5 months before it was finally replaced. The trash bin is too small for the complex and trash is always overflowing. They never replaced the air conditioner filters. The trash outside the apartment in the bushes were never cleaned. I used my own leaf blower to clean the walkway. Do not recommend this complex!
The website Apartment Ratings is also a good website to post reviews about the horrible service from ECI Management/Houma Highlands. I also had a horrible experience dealing with Houma Highlands. Two people mentioned that it is the worst complex that they have lived in which speaks volumes like I mentioned in another post.
I think Houma highlands had some of the best staff right now. They're very understanding and always going the extra mile to help some of the resident here.
