RecommendedI just moved out after 2 years of living there. I absolutely loved my apartment but needed a 3 bdrm and couldn’t afford to stay!! But my experience there was definitely a good one. I would like to say thank you to all of the staff including maintenance guys for always doing a great job.
Houma Highlands... I can not, I repeat can not, wait to turn in my key to your dumpster fire apartment complex. How on God’s green earth are you going to charge us a late fee on rent that we paid on time and was a prorated amount based off our lease ending on January 15th. You guys are a joke and need to get your act together!

These have been the worst apartments I've ever lived in. The AC breaks at least once a month. Half the electrical outlets don't work. Most tenants are forced to get cable because satellites won't work. The cable in this area is tremendously overpriced. These apartments are not worth the $900+ you'll spend each month.
1.) started out with the unit they showed us was'nt available when we went to sign the lease because someone decided not to move out, so we had to get a smaller unit. 2.) maintenance could'nt figure out we had a leak for 2 months, couldn't walk around my kitchen without water coming out the floors.3.) they turned the water off without notice for hours, and when it came on the water was brown for about 2 hours. 4.) i got charged 500 dollar to replace a carpet bc of my pets. you mean to tell me my $250 pet fee and my 30 dollar... read more
Just called the leasing office to address my concerns regarding a neighbor. Didn’t even get to finish my sentence before she rudely interrupted me mid sentence and told me to call the police.
