Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dermatologist's office? Yes Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No

Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

We drive out of our way... 60 miles one-way... to see Dr. Houin over a dermatologist in our town. A very busy practice, but you are still treated like a patient, not a number.
