I am a former employee of Houchin blood bank. This is the worst company I've ever worked for. The management is terrible. They do not care about their employees, and they certainly do not care about what we had to say. They fired all of the good employees, leaving a staff that is dominantly Caucasian. They are racist. After working for a whole year, I was still getting paid $12 and hour, when 2 new Caucasian workers we very recently hired, getting paid $14 an hour.
