I have been seeing Aubra Houchin for about 20 years. Doctor Houchin is a common sense practicing physican. He has always treated my issues correctly. When treatment options are available, Dr. Houchin will take his time to review the options and their pros and cons. He is the best doctor I have ever had.
I had not seen a doctor in some time & had several questions to ask. Dr Houchin told me not to worry about all of them & spent most of the time trying to scratch an itch on his back while ignoring what I was saying. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I had another medical scare a few months later & saw one of the Nurse Practitioners on staff. Dr. Houchin is friendly, very easy to talk to, and is extremely thorough. He takes all the time necessary to answer any questions you may have, with detailed explanations if necessary. He has even drawn diagrams... LOL. One of the things I was most impressed with is that Dr. Houchin will readily inform you if he feels that your condition may require the expertise of a Dr. in another specialty - and will refer you to another great Dr. in the area.
