I had the worst experience at this location. The manager Jason was just super rude and shady. The whole place is really poorly managed and I would NOT recommend signing up here to anyone.
Jason was TERRIBLE probably the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had at a gym. Extremely disappointed and WILL NOT be back. Literally ANY other place would be better than this. So sad I wasted my money on such a horribly ran place. Do NOT trust the manager or their prices because they WILL lie and get you to sign things without telling you exactly what it is. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
This HOTWORX is super shady. They sign you up without informing you of every detail in pricing. I was told by three employees that I could cancel without a cancellation fee and once my cancel charge went through the manager (Jason)authorized a cancellation without even notifying me. Seeing this charge, I got in contact with the manager only to receive a short dismissive and passive aggressive email back. Highly do not recommend signing up for this.
Highly dont recommend this gym going through HUGE issues with the Delray Beach location. Even if its not the same owner. The fact that a franchise let an owner operate with such shady business practices is scary. This not a company with any morals, or good business practices.
The Delray Beach Hotworx is fantastic. Super clean studio with a great atmosphere! Jason and the entire staff are amazing—always welcoming, helpful, and motivating. Highly recommend!!
