I received excellent and outstanding service from Mr Ronald he was very pleasant and friendly throughout the installation, he went above and beyond to make sure i get my line land working,it take a little while since it's a new build but he make sure i have my phone working I'm very satisfied with the service he provides Thanks again great job
My community is locked in with a 10 year contract with Hotwire and it goes out all the time. There are no consequences for them and no incentive to provide decent service, this weekend the internet went down at around 7pm Friday night, it’s 7pm Saturday and it’s only been on for 4 of those 24 hours. Absolutely incompetent company that relies on long contracts to rip off customers.
Dominique was very helpful and professional while setting up my internet and cable in my new place. She made sure everything was working perfectly and explained everything clearly. Great service—highly recommend!
