Ive always disliked going to the dentist. Dr Hott has made me feel as comfortable as possible. He and his staff have been very friendly and professional each time ive been to the office.
Dr Hott did a great job pulling out my tooth! Quick easy and painless! He’s my dentist now!
Dr. Hott does an amazing job when working with my daughter. He is patient and kind. I couldn't ask for a better Dentist for her!
We've seen Dr Nodine for 10+ years and last month we made the move to another clinic. Problems have been shoved aside, inaccurate estimates that end up costing hundreds more than quoted and payment is expect at the time you're told the new amount. Filings that are not fitted and ground down correctly causing other issues. The list can go on and on. Severely disappointed in what this clinic has become. Sad to leave but the amount of money it's now costing us to fix what Dr Hott has done, is sickening.
Cap came off my husband's tooth that was just glued on 2 weeks ago--now was told it's 2 1/2 weeks until he can get in to have it glued again. Hard to believe they advertise for new patients yet can't take care of their existing patients in a timely manor! Rather disappointing.
Being over 50 with having to have a few extractions , the care I have received after multiple visits have always been the same -Professional & Caring ....the Staff go out of their way to make sure the Patient is Comfortable ... flexible with payment & co- payment options and scheduling " Two Thumbs Up "
Friendly staff and very accommodating! I have had nothing but wonderful experiences.
Going to the dentist is never a joy. Today's visit to Hott Family Dentistry was especially disappointing - because I couldn't get in. I took the day off work and took my son out of school to keep my appointment made more than six months ago. I couldn't get in because Hott Family Dentistry cancelled my and my son's appointments and gave my appointment times to someone else. I am not that kind of patient who doesn't show up or doesn't pay my bill. I'll go to another dentist.
