Office staff lie to cover up mistakes. Office manager Wendy is extremely rude. I took down a negative review, but then they lied to cover up mistakes. I won't refer anyone here again. They over charged my brother, mischarged me, cancel appointments without notice or consent & now I can add lie to that list as well. it's a shame because Dr Hott is Amazing, when you actually get to see him. You get assistants who recommend the wrong things instead.
Waited two months for my appt.... sister had more pressing issue so I was going to give my appt to her... well they couldn’t do what needed done in my appt slot so they gave her a new appt and then just cancelled my spot and gave it to someone else. My appt should never have been cancelled without my consent. RecommendedBefore Dr.Hott took over for Dr.Nodine. I was seeing Dr.Nodine for the past 20 yrs & not once have I or my family ever had a bad experience with them. Now that Dr.Hott has taken over & I have seen him a few times. I haven’t had any bad experiences with him or the staff. I was just there today & they did an amazing job with what I had done. I needed some pretty major dental work, fillings, root canals & crowns. I had an accident when I was young on a diving board and have had a fear of the the dentist ever since. Thanks to Dr. Hott and his kind and compassionate staff...I have no more dental pain, anxiety and my smile is now back! Thank You Dr. Hott and Staff!

For starters, I haven’t been to the dentist in probably 10 years because of a prior bad experience. After I had a tooth that was really bothering me, I finally decided to look for a new dentist. I decided on Dr. Hott based off a recommendation and the tons of positive reviews on their Facebook page. Dr. Hott and his team have been the best! Everytime I’ve been treated really really well. Everyone there is extremely helpful and knowledgeable! they are wonderful with kids too! my son has gone twice now and asked if he can go again.
they do NOT listen to your wants, needs, or concerns. I have never felt more humiliated in my life. Dr Hott treated me like complete crap, and basically shoved all my concerns away like they didn't matter. I'm now left completely unhappy, embarrassed, and completely devastated, all because I trusted him in the beginning. I should have definitely went somewhere else. lesson learned.
