Best service technicians in the world!!!!! They don’t only work on hotsy’s either!!!!! They’ll work on any washers, cuda parts washers, clean burn waste oil heater, oil separator, I’ve even seen a mi-t-m generator in their shop before, they also have commercial floor cleaners, and my personal favorite they have these floor sweepers that make sweeping large and small areas a breeze and in record time as well!!!!!! I highly recommend hotsy of Oklahoma that’s for sure!!!!! They also service and sell water maze and so much more.... read more
When I called I was told that they were not busy so they wouldn't have any issue looking at it that day. Also when I showed up I was told again it shouldn't be any issue with getting it checked asap. Two days later I called to check about the power washer and they said they hadn't got to it yet but would later that day. The next day I went to see if they at least did the once over as requested since we knew that we needed another belt but no....never touched it. Bought a power washer from these people on payments and they put me on a lease didn’t even tell me plus they made me put full coverage insurance on it so I found my way out of that went to my own bank the salesman over there is not to be trusted and believe me if your warranties out by one day you’re screwed Obviously they don’t want to help the litttle guy either And their corporate division is not friendly either especially the lady in the leasing division beware
