I recommend I am an owner operator in the pool and Spa Industry and any time I have questions with any of my spas. Hot Springs is quick to assist me and walk me through. They’ve helped me many times troubleshoot as well as get parts that are not available to purchase through my wholesaler. Paul the head man in charge is awesome and the whole crew is hard-working. 10/10
