Ok food but terrible service. We ordered loaded nachos and finished them before she brought the sour cream and salsa. Next my son sits with an empty glass and when she finally gets it I had to go to the bar to get her to fill mine. Then we finally get our food and I asked for ketchup. 10 minutes later I went and got that myself too.
Absolutely no one sitting at bar sat down and was ignored for over 10 min just wanting a beer.
Waited over an hour for 2 burgers which we never received so cancelled order and left. This is the second time this has happened. Love the atmosphere and convenient location of Hot Rods but disappointed at the service.
For being one of the coolest places in Tucson I've been in there twice and the service is so bad that I personally left today they had a good car show or people just don't stay they walk in walk out took me 40 minutes just to get a glass of water and I had to go up and ask for it no service on the deck very little service in the restaurant I heard the people behind me ask how much longer was going to take so we put the menus out and left for the second time somebody's pocket must be affected it's a gorgeous place hopefully s... read more
I was in last evening with my family and there were only a couple of tables seated. It took a bit to be acknowledged, but not too bad. We ordered an app (which was great!) while waiting for the last of our party. Once we were all there, we were the only seated table. Our server, Brendo, took our order...and we never really saw him again until it was time to pay. Another gentleman brought our food which was not hot and not all what we ordered.
