Incompetent, rude, unprofessional and customer service is non existent. The only way to get them back to rectify anything was to report them to QBCC. They are an absolute nightmare to deal with. Wound not recommend them at all!!!!! Only giving one star because I cant post unless i select one , and even 1 star is over rating them!!!!!!!
