The best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Management truly cares that guests are happy with the accommodations. It’s the best place to stay in Springfield. Beautiful facility in the best location.
We stayed there a few weeks ago. We had a small gathering for a birthday party. I was feeling a little uncomfortable with the situation because of the pandemic. Hotel Vandivort went above and beyond making us and our guest feel comfortable and safe. We stayed in the master suite, which was beyond our expectations, this was a last minute change that HV made happen to insure our comfort level. What a great time to celebrate my daughter’s 30th with a sleepover at the V. The room was exquisite & beautifully designed & decorated. The shower & bathroom was extremely nice. It’s what you expect from a downtown boutique hotel. It will be included in our long list of wonderful adventures.
The explorer suite was great. Thank you for giving us a wonderful experience for our wedding. :D
