I had a fantastic experience with the valet service. Specifically Damian and Reese were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional from the moment I arrived. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was how helpful they were beyond just parking the car. They took the time to recommend some great local restaurants. It made my visit so much more enjoyable. Exceptional service all around — courteous, efficient, and genuinely welcoming. Highly recommend!

We had an outstanding experience at Hotel Van Zandt. Our group stayed for four nights and hosted a large event there, and every detail exceeded expectations. We had an awesome four-day stay at Hotel Van Zandt! We booked the Double Queen Spa Junior Suite and it was huge — plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax comfortably. From the moment we arrived, the experience was top notch. At check-in, we were greeted with margaritas and complimentary water, which was such a fun and welcoming touch. If you’re looking for the ultimate Austin stay, the Van Zandt hits all the right notes! Here is the breakdown of our experience: The Room: We stayed in a Junior Suite and it was absolutely massive.
