...pues es un hotel de primera clase, muy limpio y con muy buena atención y cortesía. Muy recomendable! !!!
Service Sucks! Please tell your front staff that they need to be nicer. They were rude and they over charged us. When that's the first experience you have in establishment it kinda ruins the stay. Everyone else, the door man, the runner on our floor, the gym, the spa was great. Oh ya, the t.v remote didn't work and we were hoping for a pool. I will think twice about staying here again. There was another hotel with same rating close by I think I'll try next time.
There's my first tour in Tijuana & the is like my home. Good environment good service & in the mid of downtown all things in my reach. Thanks Hotel Ticuan to have some good Memories.

Very clean. Reception staff very good as were the staff in the bar and restaurant. Handy to walk around down town.
