My family and I love this hotel! Super close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The hotel is super clean, spacious rooms, super attentive staff. No pool though😕so you need to go to beaches if you want to tan or enjoy water. Las Pulgas is right next door, so Banda music is SUPER loud till almost 6 am, but I'm from Sinaloa, so I don't mind😎
El hotel es bueno yo duermo a gusta soy cliente desde que empezó no tenían parking ni restaurante y el precio eran &400 pesos todo sube el servicio es bueno el restaurante Mui bueno no me quejo de nada

Super mala actitud de la recepcinista de la mañana, como si fuera el unico hotel de tijuana, no respetan precios de reserva, llegando te cobran lo que quieren, rentas habitacion cuadruple y solo regalan 2 desayunos, algo ilogico, restaurante super caro, si van con familia, regalen los cupones de desayuno ya que solo comen 2, lo demas corre por su cuenta, y creanme les sale mejor irse a comer a alguna fondita todooooos, super mas barato..
