Outstanding! Great Hotel, friendly staff, clean, great food and service, excellent location in downtown TJ. My family and I loved it, and we'll definitely come back. Only that there is not pool, but the spa and gym are fantastic!

BUYER BEWARE!! Amazing how they get away with being this dishonest or incompetent.. make a reservation - take your money - you modify reservation “they didn’t receive” - refuse to correct - keep your money!! Maybe this is acceptable business practice in Mexico??

The Ticuan in Tijuana for the price is one if not de finest hotel to stay in if you want to be just about walking distance to all the restaurants shopping and nightlife on the avenue la revolución and 8th ave the rooms are clean and quiet classy very well decorated the security is great with a very friendly staff it’s a cut above all the other hotels on la revolución Avenue I highly recommend it for a pleasant stay
Tienen pésima logística y organización para cobrar el parking más de 1 hora para salir si no tienen la capacidad para afrontar cuando hay un concierto no deberían dejar estacionar
