Established in 1910, the hotel has nicely added contemporary amenities and comfort while maintaining it's high-end style. The lobby is open, airy, and glamorous. Would have given it more stars but for the fact that the silk jacket I inadvertently left in the closet never made it to their Lost and Found. And their attitude to my loss really sucked. Room 303 was small but well equipped. LOTS of power outlets. So no problem charging every gadget you have at the same time. Best feature - it's just a few steps from the BART and Walgreens.
Fabulous service, food, drink, room Did not want to leave!
